Enrollment Steps & Policies

Thank you for your interest in The Nature School at Willowbound Farm. We are thrilled to have your family join our growing family of learners and nature explorers! We are so excited to get to know your child and welcome them to their new nature preschool.

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Willowbound, please follow the six steps explained below.

Enrollment in The Nature School at Willowbound Farm

Step 1 - Decide

Take a close look at our website to decide if Willowbound is right for your child and you. Class times and tuition information can be found by following this link - Times & Tuition

Enrollment is now open for the 2022/2023 school year.

Step 2 - Apply

If you decide to apply to enroll your child at Willowbound, follow the link below to fill out the enrollment application.

Step 3 - Application Fee

As part of your enrollment application, you will pay a $75 non-refundable enrollment fee through Venmo to Willowbound (Kimberly-Eagar). Your space will not be reserved until the enrollment fee is paid.

Step 4 - Confirmation

For this step, you don't have to do anything. I will contact you and let you know if your child has been accepted into The Nature School at Willowbound Farm. I will also confirm that your child is officially on the waitlist you've requested.

Step 5 - Additional Information - Enrolled Students Only

Once your child is accepted to Willowbound, we will need you to fill out the forms and releases below before your child's first day.

Step 6 - Pay Tuition - Enrolled Students Only

6. Pay Tuition. A schedule can be found on the Policy and Procedures Packet. Tuition can be paid through Venmo (Willowbound Kimberly-Eagar) or by check or cash Miss Kim. You will receive a Venmo message or email receipt.
